If you're the kind of person who lights up in a team setting, thrives on variety and loves the idea of contributing to something meaningful, we’ve got a seat with your name on it. This People Services team is on the lookout for a proactive, personable go-getter to join them full-time, permanently - and trust us, this is no ordinary HR gig. You’ll be the heartbeat of our People Services team, juggling everything from recruitment queries and onboarding magic to keeping the internal processes humming and helping coordinate learning and development activities. It’s fast-paced, front-facing and full of opportunities to make a real impact. If you love connecting with people and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home. While prior experience with HR systems such as UKG or learning platforms like Go1 would certainly be advantageous, it is by no means essential. What truly matters is your confidence with Microsoft Office tools, your willingness to learn and your proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be resilient, solutions-focused and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be someone who rolls up your sleeves, takes initiative and contributes to continuous improvement with enthusiasm and insight. This role would suit a recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field, or alternatively a seasoned administrator seeking a stable role with scope for development. The team is committed to mentoring and upskilling the right person, offering a genuine pathway into broader HR responsibilities over time. And now for the fun part - this isn’t your average office. You’ll be working in a place where it’s perfectly normal to share your workspace with a four-legged friend in training. Yes, you may occasionally find yourself in meetings with a wagging tail nearby or navigating around a snoozing pup on your way to the printer. It’s a workplace filled with warmth, purpose and a shared commitment to making a difference. In return, you’ll enjoy generous superannuation, access to salary packaging, on-site parking and a culture that genuinely values wellbeing, inclusion and growth. So, if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, grow your HR chops and be part of a team that’s rebuilding with heart, we’d love to hear from you. This isn’t just a job - it’s a journey.
