We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team in the Ingham Shire. Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff. Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners. Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes. Why Ingham Shire? Aged Care experience (leadership experience highly regarded). Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs.
