As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for: Providing food & beverage service to customers Taking patrons' food & beverage orders, preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleaning bar areas, glasses, & equipment Taking reservations, greeting, and seating guests. Providing responsible service of alcohol to our patrons Attending and operating a gaming machine terminal including TAB & Keno. Receipt of monies and giving change. Other duties as requested To be successful you must have: Current RSA and RSG (or able to obtain) Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-day rotating roster with weekend work.
