Access to Fitness Passport - discounted gym and pool memberships for you and your family. What You'll be Doing: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our national Talent Pathways programs. Manage student placements across multiple disciplines including care, disability, clinical, and business. Support education partnerships, workforce development projects, and early career initiatives. Identify and apply for relevant funding and grants to support program growth. Collaborate with leaders and the People and Culture team to embed pathways into workforce and succession planning. Develop and support traineeship and qualification pathways in collaboration with Recruitment, L&D, and Hiring Managers. Provide program performance reporting and ensure strong governance, compliance, and communication. About You : You have experience managing talent or workforce development programs, particularly student placements, traineeships, or graduate programs. You understand Australia's VET and higher education systems and have worked with funding bodies or grants. You are confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and managing partnerships. You are proactive, organised, outcomes-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
