Based in Sydney and reporting to the Construction Manager , you’ll ply your trade to oversee site teams, manage subcontractors, and handle planning, resourcing, and compliance from start to finish. You’ll balance time, cost, and quality while mentoring your team and representing the company at industry and community events. Technical precision underpins everything you do , from planning works and managing budgets to coordinating resources and mitigating risks. You keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, adding value at every stage through smart decisions, strong leadership, and clear communication.
