Working for a dynamic independent consultancy specialising in providing facilities and asset management advice, you will be a valuable member helping senior consultants evaluate data and develop meaningful reports for clients across the property sector. Typical tasks may include subcontractor evaluation and procurement, assisting in asset management strategies and operational plans, lifecycle costing, service delivery reviews, and due diligence reporting. Working in a supportive and friendly environment, you will assist in the following: Data administration and analysis-making sense of the data to support client presentation - from cleansing and analysis to visualisation! Preparing draft reports and specifications that align with the client's format and structure. Assisting in preparing business cases, tender responses, and marketing materials for the organisation and external clients. Providing FM and Asset Management service delivery reviews. Being involved in and analysing data relating to building maintenance, preventative and reactive maintenance, minor works, and life-cycle replacement strategies. Supporting clients with Asset Management contract administration, including contract transition management, variations, and performance reviews. Your professional work experience might include engineering/facilities administration/coordination/operations/contract management/procurement/bid writing, or estimating. A flair for picking up systems such as Excel, CMMS and data systems A diploma or tertiary qualification in engineering, facilities, asset management, business or a similar field will be highly regarded.
