The Opportunity We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction works across our High Voltage infrastructure and associated renewable projects. As a key part of our construction team, you will work with the Project Manager and project teams to achieve successful completion and delivery of project work on site. You will manage site workers, contractors and the general day-to-day aspects of onsite construction. Responsibilities Ensuring the successful completion and execution of the project scope, whilst managing the onsite workers, personnel and contractors Support the management of the project in relation to the schedule and cost Quality assurance of the construction works Participate in project progress and close out meetings Control and oversee outage applications of the network to complete the scheduled scope or works About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess Electrical Licence Previous site management experience in a substation environment, preferably on a Transgrid site Proven delivery experience in completing construction scopes within a project environment Demonstrated ability in leading a team and overseeing site works Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage site personnel Knowledge and experience in safety supervision Be rewarded at CPP.
