This project is ready to go and they are looking for someone to start in the next 4 weeks. This builder work solely on the Northern Beaches and have another duplex to follow this along with a strong future pipeline of Class 1 and 2 Works upcoming. About the role: Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date Your Background: Experience with site managing Residential Class 1 or 2 Projects 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality Positive attitude with the right temperament Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme A building Supervisors license is required for this role You will Receive: - Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline Up to $180k package, based on years of experience Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc. Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
