Reporting to the People Experience Leader, this role will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance and expertise to our business leaders in our Logistics Team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with leaders across the business, offering consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations, and organisational culture. Promote open communication channels and cross department collaboration Drive the implementation, and promotion of people-centric programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience. Provide ongoing advice and support to employees and leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters, from performance management to workplace concerns Support leaders during the performance and development review process.
