Job Description In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end management of employee relations and industrial matters across APAC Act as the main point of contact for disputes, grievances, and Fair Work or tribunal matters Conduct robust investigations and provide strategic, risk-based advice to stakeholders Manage sensitive termination processes and employee complaints to mitigate business risk Provide expert guidance on workplace conduct, policies, and compliance obligations Deliver training and uplift capability across the HR and payroll functions Collaborate with HR Business Partners, WHS, Payroll and Legal to ensure best practice Qualifications You'll thrive in this role if you have: Strong experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing ER disputes A solid understanding of the Australian IR/ER landscape and Fair Work legislation The ability to navigate union environments and employee representative engagement Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills under pressure A proactive, calm and organised approach to complex casework A customer-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement Experience working in a fast-paced HR or ER function High emotional intelligence and confidence managing sensitive issues A sharp eye for detail, strong MS Office skills, and a practical understanding of legislation (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Law or a related field Additional Information What we can offer We offer careers across our global operations.
