LLL, a Religious Charitable Development Fund (RCDF) exists to provide financial and business support to the LCA and other Christian based organisations through loans to churches, schools, aged care and retirement living facilities, and affiliated organisations — delivering excellent service to customers while safeguarding the interests of investors. LLL is now seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and positive impact. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the strategic direction of LLL while ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of strategies aligned with LLL’s mission and long-term goals Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and the wider community Oversee operational and financial performance, ensuring strong governance and effective risk management, and compliance with regulator and government About you: You are a values-driven leader with significant experience at CEO, MD, or senior executive level within banking, finance, or a related sector. You have a proven track record in driving strategic growth, leading digital transformation, and achieving operational excellence. With strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you bring a collaborative, ethical leadership style that aligns with LLL’s purpose and values. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics, or a related field are essential, and postgraduate qualifications (such as an MBA) will be highly regarded.
