What you’ll do We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team as a People Partner, supporting our Community Aged Care portfolio. You’ll partner closely with leaders to enhance employee experience, retention, and workforce capability in this vital service area. Whether you’re between permanent roles, looking to gain aged care sector experience, or seeking purposeful work, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes for both staff and clients. Coaching leaders to build capability, embed values and make data-driven decisions. Providing strategic and practical advice on complex employee relations matters. Partnering on workforce development strategies to uplift capability and foster growth. Leading and supporting change initiatives that enhance culture and operational effectiveness. Championing engagement, inclusion and retention through evidence-based people practices. In this diverse, dynamic role, no two days will be the same and your insights will make a visible, positive difference. What do you need to bring? To thrive in this role, you will have: Experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role, ideally in health or care settings. Strong knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and employment law. The ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, resilient mindset and a commitment to values-based leadership. We would also love you to have: Familiarity with aged care or community service sectors. A desire to work in a purpose-driven organisation with real local impact.
