The Role This diverse and fast-paced position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives on variety. In this hybrid role , you will support our rental division through leasing and inspection activities, while playing a strategic role in driving business growth through new management opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Development (50%) : Identify and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, market prospecting, and community engagement Conduct rental appraisals and property listing presentations with prospective landlords Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal stakeholders Nurture and manage a lead pipeline with effective follow-up and conversion tracking Work closely with marketing and property management to support campaigns and growth initiatives Leasing (30%) : Conduct open for inspections (OFIs) and private appointments Respond to rental enquiries and manage applications through to lease signing Liaise with landlords and applicants during the approval process Prepare and finalise tenancy agreements and ensure a seamless leasing experience Routine Inspections (20%) : Conduct routine property inspections using leading digital platforms (e.g., Inspection Express, PropertyMe) Document and report on property condition and maintenance issues promptly Maintain clear, proactive communication with landlords and tenants regarding inspection outcomes Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures About You : Previous experience in real estate leasing, property management, or business development Valid Agent's Representative Certificate (Required) Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Tech-savvy, with experience using property and inspection platforms (e.g., IRE, Inspection Express, PropertyMe) Confident communicator with a warm, professional demeanour Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload Passionate about real estate and delivering exceptional client service Why Join Jellis Craig Kingston? : Be part of a premium, high-performing brand in a vibrant market Competitive base salary generous performance incentives Career development in both property management and business growth Positive, inclusive team culture and hands-on leadership If you think you have what it takes, APPLY NOW through our online application form.
