The Position As the Precinct Property Manager, you will be integral to the ongoing success and market-leading reputation of the precinct through effective management of several office buildings, with a key focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and leadership to a small team. Working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will be supported by Property Management, Leasing, Operations, Projects, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Administration. Key responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service and engagement with corporate tenants and stakeholders. Develop, execute and manage annual business plans, financial budgets and property management reports. Accountable for the precinct's arrears, operational, CAPEX and reforecasting. Assist with market rent reviews and negotiations. Lead and manage the career development of a small team. About you Due to the nature of this role, our client requires you to have the following experience: Manage premium and/or A-grade office buildings. Staff management and leadership. Exceptional customer service, relationship management and an eye for detail.
