Description Position Overview This role is responsible for responsible for the creation of purchase orders, the correction of purchase orders, item cost movement reporting, reconciliation of invoices and labour hire time sheets, receipting, compliance reporting and end of month processing including actively participating in month end cycle count entries and reporting using our internal system/s. The successful applicant may be required to conduct training sessions remotely, and onsite to ensure end user capabilities. Assist with general invoice enquires and ensuring that the highest level of service is always offered and maintained to all internal and external personnel. The Central Data Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering prompt, efficient and professional service with minimal error rate, whilst following company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Data processing and data integrity Creation of purchase orders Reconciliation of invoices and labour-hire time sheets Compliance reporting and end of month processing Internal support, and general invoice enquiries Develop and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain, Finance, and Village Operation Teams Qualifications: Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning Program (JDE) is highly advantageous Experience: Purchasing office experience ideally in a hospitality or trade industry or labour hire company Resource or mining accommodation experience desirable Skills: Proficient with ERP system relating to purchasing Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Problem solving skills Attention to detail High degree of data accuracy About Us Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
