Description Role Highlights Working within the Operations Division, the Port Services Officer is a diverse role that plays a critical part in contributing to growth and prosperity of Fremantle Ports Inner Harbour and Western Australia. This is a Casual Pool for Port Services Officers with various positions available. The hourly rate is $49.50 - $63.14 subject to working arrangements. In this diverse, hands-on role, your responsibilities will include: Deliver effective mooring and shipping services. Security centre duties, including security patrols. Assistance in managing pollution spills. Utilise shore tension equipment. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and customers. What Makes You a Great Fit The nature of the role will be shift-work, and successful candidates will be required to be flexible and open to working long shifts (12 hours) and night shifts. Exposure to high-risk operational environments and experience working in industries such as maritime, mining, construction, oil and gas will be highly regarded.
