Hastings Deering is seeking a dynamic and experienced RTO Manager to join our People & Culture team at Acacia Ridge on a full-time permanent basis . In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be at the helm of our nationally recognised RTO operations—driving innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement across all training and assessment activities. What You'll Lead & Deliver Spearhead the delivery of high-quality training and assessmen t , aligned with evolving industry needs and national compliance standards Oversee strategic development of the RTO department, including scope expansion, audit preparation, and continuous process improvement Stay ahead of the curve on Caterpillar technologies and adult learning trends—introducing innovative training solutions to enhance our value chain Lead capability development for Trainers and Assessors, ensuring standards, competencies, and benchmarks are consistently met and exceeded Ensure our learning infrastructure—facilities, materials, and equipment—meets Training Package and business strategy requirements Drive rigorous assessment processes including RPL, ensuring they meet all principles of assessment, rules of evidence, and regulatory standards Champion access, equity, and customer-centric outcomes in every aspect of training Maintain robust compliance with Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation and RTO regulations Keep training teams up to date with evolving Codes of Practice, regulatory shifts, and quality frameworks Oversee curriculum development to align training plans with business-critical competencies and resource requirements Lead key training projects that drive strategic transformation across the organisation Why Hastings Deering?
