The key duties of the position include About your team Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) is responsible for technology development and provision including architecture, business analysis, software engineering and integration, prioritisation, project delivery, IT Operations and Cyber Security. We deliver business as usual activities and strategically aligned innovation driven initiatives that provide efficiencies to the broader organisation. This role reports to the IT Client Services Team Lead. About the role As a Service Desk Technical Consultant, you are required to assess and manage or escalate all client requests and issues related to DHA end user computing and application suite. You will be required to monitor outstanding cases to ensure that they are resolved within the appropriate service level agreement and identify opportunities to improve processes, specifically in relation to the IT service desk. You will also be responsible for informing and progressing business and systems improvements across the team including testing, documentation and training.
