The key duties of the position include About your team Finance and Corporate Support, as part of the Enabling Services Group, is responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of DHA, by supporting effective decision making, resource allocation and policy compliance for both internal and external stakeholders. Finance and Corporate Support is committed to providing the whole organisation with accurate and reliable financial information and prides itself with supporting the broader organisation with achieving strategic goals in line with these functions. The area is responsible for the delivery of fiscal management services across the organisation. Key responsibilities of the group include taxation, commercial finance, corporate accounting, capital planning, valuations, investment management, risk management, corporate support, and treasury. About the role The Corporate Shared Services Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Officers and Senior Officers to deliver services within tight deadlines and under high pressure. This role plays a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of the team, focusing on work performance and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently in the delivery of shared services. The Team Leader reviews and analyses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational data reports, linking this analysis to business improvement initiatives.
