The role of the Transformation & Performance Director (TPD) is dedicated to creating business value through data and technology and applying at scale. The role is therefore focused on developing the strategic direction for data & technology while working alongside business management teams to operationalise advanced media applications. This leadership role is responsible for influencing and driving a change agenda that motivates and inspires a vast group of senior stakeholders ultimately delivering against the transformation strategy. What you'll do: Develop and deliver the digital, data and technology strategy that unlocks the client's business and marketing ambitions Leading the Performance capability across the client remit, connecting the transformation strategy to in-campaign performance outcomes through world class data decisioning frameworks, measurement, and experimentation Translate data and technology benefits to clients and internal stakeholders Communicate value and outputs of implemented strategies to stakeholders Implement client-specific digital transformation roadmaps Develop strategic performance frameworks, including forecasting and test-and-learn approaches What you'll need: Detailed understanding of digital marketing technology including DSP's, analytics, DMPs and other relevant tools Have a thorough understanding of key relationships outside of media contacts, including audience, CRM, technology and loyalty leadership teams. You have strong knowledge of programmatic and social with in-platform experience strongly preferred You have fundamental knowledge of other digital disciplines including SEM, SEO, tracking and attribution and web analytics Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple manner, adapting communication styles to suit stakeholders Strong knowledge of digital media and related digital channels, with the ability to debate and improve strategic approaches and execution opportunities.
