In this strategic role, you will drive the marketing vision and lead initiatives that enhance brand positioning and fuel growth across several key real estate brands. This is an opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing team and make a significant impact on the group's market presence. The Role: Plan & execute campaigns to build brand and drive leads. Create consistent, engaging content across all platforms. Manage and grow the daily management of all social media accounts Oversee the design of new marketing collateral Liaising with external suppliers – consultants, designers, printers etc Maintaining marketing collateral inventory spread sheet Looking at sponsorship opportunities and activating these Deliver client events and strategic brand partnerships. Constantly improve brand reach and campaign success. The Person: Previous experience in property marketing and brand leadership is preferred Strong ability to lead teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines. Expertise in SEO, SEM, content creation, CRM, and optimising data-driven campaigns across digital platforms. Ability to generate fresh ideas and execute creative marketing strategies. Strong data analysis skills to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. E xceptional written and verbal communication, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
