As a generalist marketer, you will develop, plan and execute initiatives that boost awareness and consideration of CBRE's offerings and expertise. The Opportunity: - Design and deliver go-to-market brand and marketing plans for new services and products, creating compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences. - Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, creative, PR and events. - Create high-quality business insights content such as articles, profiles, case studies, and social media posts. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging aligned with brand positioning, business goals, and supplementary campaigns in market. - Collaborate with GEO and Line of Business Marketers to align national and state marketing plans, identifying opportunities and challenges. - Manage marketing budgets, ensuring activities are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI. About You: - Extensive B2B marketing expertise, with a strategic and creative mindset to deliver impactful campaigns across any budget. - Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content that informs and inspires target audiences. - Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and experience with designing and managing digital campaigns with an external agency. - Strong project management skills to effectively deliver multiple campaigns and initiatives on time. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with partners. - Understanding of business plans and how to align marketing strategies to support sales objectives. - Adaptable and resilient, able to pivot quickly in response to market shifts and business priorities. - Property Marketing experience highly advantageous.
