About the Opportunity William Clarke College is seeking a suitably qualified and Head of Faculty to join our friendly staff team. Reporting to the Director of Teaching and Learning (7-12), you will lead your faculty to deliver quality teaching and learning experiences that speak to the core values of the College. You will provide staff leadership and oversee management of curriculum, programmes and faculty operations. You will engage with the College's Teaching and Learning priorities to develop learning through research-proven and emerging pedagogical practices. This is a Permanent, Full-Time position About You Record of excellence as a classroom practitioner with experience in teaching TAS across Stages 4, 5 and 6. Ability to teach Stage 6 Enterprise Computing and Software Engineering will be an advantage Demonstrated understanding of what quality learning looks like in the faculty and the classroom, and how to lead and equip teachers to achieve quality outcomes for students.
