About The Role As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership, foster cross-functional engagement, and drive the delivery of high-quality outcomes that support the organisation's transformation journey. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SMEs, ensuring they are equipped to provide expert advice and support throughout the HCMS implementation process. Act as the primary liaison between the HCMS Implementation Project Team and BAU teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Oversee the identification and resolution of risks, issues, and challenges related to the implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to BAU operations. Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on the integration of the HCMS solution with existing systems, processes, and organisational objectives. Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption and engagement with the new HCM solution across the organisation. Monitor and report on the progress of the implementation, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organisation. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale system implementation projects, preferably in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management System or similar enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of HCM systems, processes, and best practices, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
