We’re working with a design-focused studio that needs support across several key projects, and they’re looking for a reliable, contract-based Documenter to jump in and hit the ground running. About the Role: You’ll be joining a mid-sized, collaborative team of designers and architects working on a diverse mix of residential and multi-residential developments. The studio has a healthy pipeline of projects and needs extra documentation support during this busy period. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and high-quality documentation packages in Revit Work closely with designers and architects to deliver detailed drawings across all project stages Contribute to documentation for town planning, tender, and construction Ensure all documentation meets building codes and standards About You: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar interior documentation role Strong Revit and AutoCad skills (must be confident working independently) Proven experience working on residential or multi-residential projects Solid understanding of BCA/NCC and local codes Available to start within the next week Why Join?
