Key Qualifications, Skills and Responsibilities Bachelor of Interior Design 4 to 5 years’ experience on retail, commercial and hospitality fitouts Roll-out experience preferred, but not essential Strong proficiency using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp Creative design skills to develop and present concepts Create comprehensive design documentation packages Produce detailed 2D and 3D models Knowledge of trends and selection of FF&E, materials and colours Proven documentation experience with a strong portfolio to show Solid coordination abilities, able to work closely with contractors, suppliers and clients Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations Hardworking, deadline focused and organised Must possess good design, presentation and 3D modelling skills and be happy to work in a team or independently across all stages of a project, including joinery and documentation.
