Job Description The CRM & Patient Experience Specialist plays a critical role in delivering and optimising data-driven patient lifecycle communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across Maven Dental and 1300SMILES. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering campaign-based CRM marketing activities, supporting automation build, reporting, and patient experience initiatives across our network of dental practices. You’ll work alongside our marketing and data teams to build segmented communications, execute campaigns, generate insights, and support our evolving CRM program as we transition to a new platform.
