We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and charismatic General Manager to take ownership of XS World’s daily operations, growth, team building, and market execution . You'll be responsible for scaling our presence across nightlife venues, growing user engagement, and managing all aspects of the business. This role requires a leader who can operate like a CEO — but under the guidance of the Founder — combining startup hustle, marketing smarts, team leadership , and strong commercial instincts. Operations & Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of XS World, including user engagement, partnerships, team development, and marketing. Build, lead, and inspire a team of promoters, marketers, and operations staff. Work closely with the Founder to align on strategy and vision. Growth & Marketing Lead all marketing and promotional initiatives to drive user growth and venue adoption. Manage the rollout of nightclub activations, app promotions, and event collaborations. Oversee influencer partnerships, promo girl strategy, and digital campaigns. Partnerships & Revenue Develop and manage relationships with nightclubs, bars, event venues, and brands. Oversee vendor onboarding and manage promotional offers (e.g., drink deals, shot promos). Identify and pursue monetization opportunities and strategic collaborations. Product & User Experience Collaborate with product teams on app improvements and feature prioritization. Gather feedback from users, venues, and promoters to optimize user experience. Own budgets, financial reporting, and key metrics tracking (downloads, engagement, revenue). Work with the Founder on fundraising, sponsorships, and investor relations if needed.
