The Opportunity: McArthur is seeking an experienced Senior Business Support Office, to provide key administrative, financial, and customer service support to our client, ensuring effective and efficient operation within the Community and Economic Development sector. This is a Casual position, that offers full time hours across the next three months. Key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional service. Support programs and services across the Community and Economic Development Network. Assist with funding program administration, including payments and reporting. Maintain website and intranet content for timely communication. Draft and review documents such as reports and briefings. Prepare meeting materials and provide secretarial support. Manage office supplies and resources for daily operations. Provide financial admin support in collaboration with relevant teams. Ensure compliance with policies and WHS requirements. Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience as a Support Officer, or similar administrative role. High-level organization, and an ability to manage multiple priorities, or adapt in a changing environment. Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal.
