This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting our team, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide general administrative and freight office support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the business Accurately process documentation in accordance with company standards and reporting requirements Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Reconcile payments and perform financial processing tasks in a timely and accurate manner Perform reception duties and effectively communicate business updates to branch staff Ensure all administrative activities comply with Strait Link Logistics' policies, procedures, and audit requirements Support quality management practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Participate in team-based training and development to enhance multi-skilling and operational flexibility Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service delivery Skills And Experiences Who We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Clear and confident communication skills A collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to support others Professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Proficiency in general computer systems, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Desirable qualifications and experience include: Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related industry Familiarity with pallet procedures and freight documentation Basic finance support knowledge, including payment reconciliation and reporting Sound literacy and numeracy skills with a solutions-focused mindset An inclusive workplace, works for everyone We celebrate difference.
