About the role Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the branch, optimising parts processes, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for the agricultural industry and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Maximising sales and profit goals for the parts department. Managing and assisting with counter sales to support customer and team needs. Ensuring efficient and accurate parts inventory control. Facilitating the development and training of parts personnel. Cultivating strong customer relationships through proactive engagement Ideally you will have: Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of financial principles related to parts operations. The ability to analyse and interpret internal reports. Excellent customer service skills Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy base salary of around $100,000 to $110,000 (negotiable) plus incentives (c. $20k) & company car.
