About the Role Are you ready to take the lead in financial governance and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic organisation? We’re looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team in a pivotal role that blends technical accounting, audit coordination, and policy oversight. This role will see you: Lead the preparation of the statutory financial statements activities ensuring compliance with statutory standards. Provide technical advice to the entire Group Lead the collaboration with ESG team in planning, preparation, and delivery of ESG and sustainability financial related disclosures Coordinate the external audit process, acting as the key liaison between auditors and internal teams. Manage and update finance and accounting policies, ensuring alignment with evolving accounting standards. Provide strategic updates to Board/Leadership on changes in financial reporting standards. Execute core financial accounting tasks including general ledger postings, reconciliations, and month-end close. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape financial governance in a stable and forward-thinking environment. About You You’re a technically strong and commercially aware finance professional who thrives in a governance-focused role. You bring: A background in chartered accounting, ideally gained at a Big Four firm, either making your first move into industry or already bringing industry experience. A solid understanding of accounting standards and how they apply within a business context. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with auditors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement and financial integrity. Experience in financial and sustainability reporting, policy development, and audit coordination.
