St Vincent’s Care is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our national sales team, supporting both Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living services. Based at our Carseldine site, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life’s most important decisions—with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. About the Role Promote and sell aged care beds and retirement living units across our portfolio. Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in. Collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy and financial targets. Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and referral networks. Things that work for us: Proven experience in sales, ideally in aged care, retirement living, or health services. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience A compassionate approach and genuine desire to support older Australians. Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRM’s and databases Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
