About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide individualised care for a participant in a 24/7 SIL setting. This role is ideal for someone confident in medication management, mental health support, and promoting independence in all areas of daily life. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting with medication management Providing mental health support Supporting daily living activities including personal care, meal prep, and cleaning Encouraging community access and social participation Maintaining clear, professional documentation and communication Regular Roster: Week 1: Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sleepover (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Week 2: Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sleepover (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Pay Rates – SCHADS Award E3.1 (Casual) Base rate: $35.15/hr Afternoon shift: $38.67/hr Active night shift: $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public holiday: $77.33/hr All rates are pre-tax and aligned with SCHADS E3.1. What You’ll Need: Proven experience supporting clients in SIL or 1:1 environments Confidence in medication administration and understanding of mental health support Current First Aid and CPR certifications NDIS Worker Screening Check A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong commitment to client rights, choice, and person-centred care Why Join Nextt?
