Nextt is seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 in-home and community supports for our female participant with complex needs in Zillmere . About the Client Female participant with intellectual disability and Borderline Personality Disorder Complex history of challenging behaviours Requires person-centred, trauma-informed supports Role Responsibilities Providing assistance with medication management Supporting mental health needs and behavioural challenges Assistance with daily living activities Community access and social engagement Available Rosters (Casual) Please note: All shifts within each roster line must be completed in full by the same support worker . When applying, indicate which roster line you are able to commit to without changes. Additional shifts with other clients are also available if you are seeking extra hours. Position 4 Casual 24 hours per fortnight Week 1 Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Week 2 Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm ___ Casual Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – E3.1, Pre-Tax): Base rate: $35.15/hr Afternoon (Mon–Fri, 8pm–midnight): $38.67/hr Active Night (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am): $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Sleepover: $60.02 per sleepover Public Holiday: $77.33/hr What We’re Looking For NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card (Employee Check) - must QLD Working With Children Check/Blue Card (Employee Check) - must First Aid & CPR Certification - willing to obtain Current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle - must Why Join Nextt?
