As part of our expanding SAP Capability team, you will join as a manager responsible for delivering enterprise asset management solutions and strategic program management using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition. The role focuses on leveraging SAP EAM, SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management), and Project Systems capabilities. SAP EPPM provides integrated tools that align asset-intensive projects with business strategy, optimize resource usage, and ensure financial control. You will manage SAP-related projects, lead a team of senior consultants and consultants, and report to an Associate Director. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance, applying industry and product knowledge, and fostering professional growth through mentoring and collaboration all while driving successful outcomes aligned with client and business goals. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination: Support and mentor SAP analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Project Delivery: Manage SAP EAM and SAP EPPM projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure delivery is on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with client expectations. Strategic Program Management: Apply SAP Project Systems and EPPM capabilities to oversee complex programs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Solution Design & Configuration: Contribute to the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP EAM and Project Systems solutions to meet evolving client needs. Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize asset management and project execution processes using SAP best practices to drive efficiency and compliance. Integration Oversight: Support the integration of SAP EAM with related modules such as MM, FI, CO, and SAP EPPM, ensuring data consistency and process continuity. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Operational Support: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for SAP EAM and Project Systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Training & Documentation: Assist in the development of training materials and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations and business processes. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP advancements and recommend enhancements to improve asset and project management capabilities. Experience •4 years of experience in SAP EAM, SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management), and Project Systems, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (version 2021 or later), including Phased Orders and Scheduling. • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, APM, FSM, IAM, and SAP EPPM. • Proven track record in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations. • Strong understanding of enterprise asset and project management principles. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team. • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation Qualifications • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and current SAP certifications.
