This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge longwall equipment in a supportive, high-performance environment. What You’ll Be Doing Disassembling, inspecting, rebuilding, and assembling mechanical components including longwall roof supports, gearboxes, and hydraulic equipment. Conducting diagnostics, repairs, and testing of longwall systems and components. Working closely with workshop supervisors and leading hands to meet build schedules and quality standards. Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and workshop procedures. What You’ll Need Australian trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent. Proven experience in mechanical fitting, preferably with exposure to longwall mining equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Work With Us?
