WYNCO WORKFORCE is expanding the team and are on the lookout for experienced Excavator Operators and Multi-Skilled Labourers to support a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure work – with a focus on pipelines, utilities and pipe laying. Monday to Friday, 10-12hr days with the possibility for weekend work on Subdivision and Road Projects available Whether you’re behind the controls of a 20T machine or hands-on in the trench with pipework, you’ll be joining a crew that values safety, precision and teamwork. Pipe Layers Previous experience in civil pipe laying (Drainage, stormwater, watermain) Ability to read plans, drainage standards, take levels, and use pipe lasers Confident working in shoring and wet ground conditions Certificate III in Pipe Laying, confined space, and loader tickets highly regarded Excavator Operators Final trim experience highly regarded (5T–30T machines) Confident working around live services & trenching GPS or laser experience preferred HR or MR license a bonus Multi-Skilled Labourers Skilled in pipelaying: stormwater, Drainage, water mains Experience using trench tools & power equipment Physically fit with strong safety awareness Must have White Card & full PPE RII tickets beneficial - Loader/Roller/Compactor Tickets in Quick cut, and confined space advantageous
