What You'll Be Doing Manage and deliver PSIs, DSIs, and remediation planning Lead project proposals, fee estimates, and tender contributions Maintain and expand client relationships and industry networks Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior consultants Occasional interstate travel as projects require What You'll Bring 10 years' experience in contaminated land assessment/remediation Background in environmental science, geology, engineering, or hydrogeology Familiarity with NEPM 2013, NEMP 2.0, asbestos, and hazardous materials Experience across a variety of project settings Strong communication and report writing skills Current manual driver's licence Australian PR or citizenship Who You Are Collaborative and team-focused Strategic thinker with a growth mindset Confident managing deadlines and competing priorities Professional, yet down-to-earth Passionate about both technical work and mentoring others This is a great opportunity for a senior consultant who's looking to step out of the usual model and into a space where autonomy, innovation, and long-term growth are truly supported.
