Job Title Asset and Projects Officer (PPP) Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Asset & Project Officer to join our team supporting a major PPP healthcare contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in administration, financial management, budgeting, and advanced Excel proficiency - combined with hands-on experience in asset management and end-to-end project delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strategic asset performance while driving minor works and capital projects that support operational excellence across a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. Job Description Key Relationships You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams including Facilities Managers, Finance, HSSEQ, Sustainability, and Asset Management. Externally, you’ll liaise with client representatives, hospital stakeholders, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery Manage end-to-end delivery of minor works and damage repair projects Coordinate defect solutions and Compensable Intervening Event works Develop project documentation and liaise with stakeholders to minimise disruption Strategic Asset Management Conduct asset condition audits and maintain CMMS data accuracy Support lifecycle planning and proactive asset strategies System & Workflow Expertise Act as site expert in Concept Evolution and related systems Optimise workflows and provide training and troubleshooting support HSSEQ & Compliance Ensure compliance with HSSE, infection control, and hospital protocols Review subcontractor documentation and conduct safety audits Financial & Contractual Support budgeting, invoicing, and cost recovery documentation Prepare quotes and change notices in line with FM contract obligations Procurement & Tender Support Lead procurement activities for minor and major capital works Prepare tender documentation and participate in evaluations Ensure compliance and value-for-money outcomes Subcontractor Management Oversee subcontractor performance and audit for quality, safety, and cost effectiveness Client Experience Represent the team in client meetings and briefings Prepare reports and proactively resolve client issues Other Duties Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence Develop playbooks and manuals Provide support during peak periods or major events Qualifications & Experience 4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure (Preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with CMMS and asset management software (Preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project & Excel highly regarded) Current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol Working with Children Check At Cushman & Wakefield, Asset & Project Officers are never working in isolation.
