Silk Hospitality are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Quality & Training Manager to join our Team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast. As Quality & Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting and coordinating all training and quality of the Housekeeping Department to support the achievement of maximum efficiency. You’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, regular performance reviews, and consistent quality audits. Key position Responsibilities: Support the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards. Lead orientation, training, and performance assessments for new and existing team members. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Prepare action plans based on hotel audit results and follow up on recurring issues. Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in evaluating employee performance. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards. Prepare weekly reports on training outcomes and quality performance metrics. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar training, quality, or supervisory role within Housekeeping Department. A hands-on, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
