What you’ll be doing… As a valued member of this close-knit team, you’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations across leasing and administration. Your responsibilities will include: Collecting all tenancy rental charges by the due date Completing CPI and Fixed Rent reviews and preparing tenant correspondence Updating administration forms and after-hours contact lists regularly Completing Lease Administration sections of reports as required by owners Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly financial reporting Maintaining the Rent Relief Register Preparing all lease documentation Checking and updating the Tenancy Schedule monthly Reception relief – answering calls, assisting customers and tenants, sorting mail Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm What we’re looking for… Previous experience in a retail or property environment (ideal) Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative/leasing role Highly organised, proactive, and motivated with a customer-first mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities What’s in it for you… A company renowned for its culture and supportive leadership Stability – long-standing team with excellent retention rates Southport location with onsite parking An additional paid day off every month!
