We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and help deliver an unforgettable culinary experience to our guests. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality menu items in line with established recipes and presentation standards. Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. Monitor and maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation across all service periods. Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal produce and creative culinary ideas. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards. Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimise wastage. Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to uphold operational and service excellence. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. About You: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
