We're seeking a driven and organised site supervisor to manage a steady portfolio of 10-15 residential investment homes using Onsite Companion software. $130,000 - $140,000 salary Car Super Responsibilities: Supervise the construction of 10-15 single-dwelling investment builds across North Brisbane Coordinate trades, suppliers, and construction schedules to meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks Use Onsite Companion software to manage workflow, reporting, and compliance documentation Monitor and enforce on-site WHS requirements and QBCC standards Report progress and resolve on-site challenges proactively with the construction manager Requirements: Current QBCC Site Supervisor License Proven experience supervising multiple low-rise residential builds (ideally investment homes) Confident using construction software - Onsite Companion experience highly regarded Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Benefits : $130,000 - $140,000 salary Car Super Manageable project load (10-15 builds max) Work close to home on Brisbane's Northside Structured systems and processes to support your success Long pipeline of upcoming investment projects
