We’re on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring Venue Manager to lead the team at The Wine Bar , located on Level 8 of The International Sydney in Martin Place — a dynamic, elevated venue known for its warm hospitality, exceptional wine list, and seasonal food offering. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving a successful, values-led business. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who can bring a mix of operational confidence, creativity and emotional intelligence to the role. You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team, with the autonomy to shape your venue and lead your team with authenticity.
