The Role We’re looking for a Head Chef who can bring structure, energy, and clear leadership to a skilled, multicultural kitchen team. This is a hands-on role in a high-output environment, with service running across breakfast, lunch, and early dinners — plus the excitement of weddings and functions in the warmer months. You’ll work closely with the owners to evolve menus, refine processes, and build a more stable, full-time brigade ahead of the summer surge. With strong systems already in place, your focus will be on consistency, organisation, and nurturing the talent around you.
