The Role: The Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enabling strategic focus and execution within the B2B Sales & Marketing team. Supporting the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager, this role is designed to drive campaign consistency, streamline communications, and lift operational effectiveness across sales initiatives. By owning administrative and tactical tasks, preparing reports and insights, and coordinating agent engagement, the Coordinator will help unlock strategic capacity, improve execution quality, and contribute to increased revenue outcomes. Core Activities: 1. Strategic & Executive Support Prepare internal reports and slide decks (e.g. GTM updates, agent engagement summaries) Analyse and visualise key numbers (e.g. TOVC trends, agent tiers, campaign performance) Draft and format internal and external communications Prep Sales Leads ahead of meetings with stakeholder notes, agendas and data insights Maintain initiative trackers, calendars and team action plans Identify revenue opportunities and flag at risk agents Monitor BDM sales activity and provide feedback to Sales Managers Preparation and delivery of monthly Reddii Reports 2. Campaign & Comms Execution Build and distribute Deal of the Week / Trending Offers EDMs Draft LinkedIn content, agent updates, and partner communications Support event planning and logistics (e.g. agent events, expos) 3. Admin & Agent Enablement Support Triage agent queries and maintain agent feedback logs Work with wider team to support building Salesforce records and prepare enablement materials Monitor platform usage and flag inactive agents for follow-up Assist with onboarding comms and education session logistics Experience Required: 2 years experience in a B2B or B2C Marketing role or similar Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Tableau and Canvas highly regarded Impeccable attention to detail Stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with member programs highly regarded Why work for us?
