Your Role & Team In this newly create role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies aimed at driving demand and generating high-quality leads. You will be the strategic owner of our lead generation campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy and planning to execution and optimisation. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation tactics, and how to nurture and convert leads into highly qualified sales opportunities. This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office. Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that attract and engage qualified leads. Provide strategic and technical SEM advice and recommendations including researching, building, optimising and scaling paid search initiatives. Build, test, and optimise paid social campaigns across relevant platforms. Measure campaign performance to adjust campaign strategies and deliver actionable insights to the business. Deliver detailed reporting to measure the impact of digital marketing activities. Oversee agency and platform partner relationships, ensuring delivery against performance targets. Our ideal candidate Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or a related field. Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.) Proficient in using data analytics and marketing technology platforms to inform decisions, analyse campaign performance and optimise digital marketing efforts. Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
