We're hiring full-time Food Production Team Leaders - and we're open to people who already lead or those ready to step up and grow into the role to lead a small team of 2-4 people in our fresh food production kitchen. You'll be on the tools, side by side with the team, helping the shift run smoothly and making sure everything looks great, tastes fresh, and goes out on time. This is a full-time, permanent job with set shifts . It's not casual work. You'll know exactly when you're working, what your role is, and what's expected. No last-minute roster changes, no chaos.
