Transformation & Implementation Project Manager - Digital Print, Multimedia & Music Location: Rhodes, NSW (with national travel flexibility) Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6-12 months) Industry: Funeral Services / Digital Transformation / Project Management About the Role InvoCare is seeking a capable and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the national transformation of our memorial stationery and tribute video production. This role will drive the shift from a mixed internal and third-party model to a centralised in-house solution, covering solution design, business case development, and full implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across all states Oversee planning, milestone tracking, and rollout of hardware, software, and infrastructure Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to develop a robust business case Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and frontline staff Manage pilot site deployments and feedback cycles Support change management, training, and stakeholder readiness Finalise supplier agreements and monitor vendor performance Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality and consistency across locations About You Proven experience managing IT, digital, or print production projects (multi-site preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement and project planning skills Background in funeral, healthcare, or customer-facing services (preferred but not essential) Familiarity with digital asset workflows and print production software Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving scopes Experience with project budgets, success metrics, and tools like Jira Willingness to travel across NSW, QLD, and other states as needed Why Join Us?
